A large and impressive conversion wristwatch built around an original Patek Philippe pocket-watch movement from 1882, now housed in a new custom-made stainless steel “king size” 48.5 mm case. This piece is a true “wrist museum”: a fully functional display for an antique movement, kept protected, running, and beautifully presented on the wrist.

The watch features its original hot-enamel dial with elegant Arabic numerals, a classic 5-minute track, and a beautifully proportioned small-seconds register at 6 o’clock. Heat-blued hands complete the period look. Through the display caseback, you can enjoy the very distinctive bridge architecture and gearing of this early Patek calibre.
