This unique timepiece is a conversion watch based on the original pocket watch movement crafted by Charles Tissot, one of the founders of the renowned TISSOT Swiss brand. It bears the signature “Ch.F.Tissot & Son,” tailored towards the English/American market. ‘Fils’ instead of ‘Son’ is usually seen for the Swiss/French market.
Originally housed in an expensive case that was later scrapped for gold, the high-grade movement has been carefully preserved by an experienced watchmaker. We’ve now placed it in a new wrist-type case, ensuring its continued functionality and charm. Please keep in mind that since this is a pocket watch movement, it produces a slightly louder sound compared to typical wristwatch movements and lacks shockproof features. Proper care is essential to maintain its performance.

About Tissot
Tissot SA is a Swiss luxury watch brand, founded in Le Locle, Switzerland by Charles-Félicien Tissot and his son, Charles-Émile Tissot, in 1853.
