Historical high-grade movement dating to the 1950’s, from the famous Swiss brand, Zenith. This movement was originally produced as a precision pocket watch during the 1950’s. The timepiece is in perfect technical condition, and is still a great timekeeper. A rare find for any horology connoisseur.
The metal dial is original and unrestored, with original gilt hands. The spectacular gilt movement can be viewed through the glazed caseback. This really is a highly unusual and perfect-looking gentleman’s chronometer from the famous historical Swiss manufactory. The movement ticks strongly, keeping great time. Everyone and anyone will be impressed by this watch.
About Zenith
The famous Swiss manufactory ZENITH, was founded in 1865 by Georges Favre-Jacot. From the early 1900’s Zenith implemented a production line of high-grade chronometers, and continues to keep to this highest quality level of workmanship still today.
