2.0924 JAEGER-LECOULTRE FOR ROYAL ARMY G.S.T.P. (RADIUM), 1940

£600.00

This General Service timepiece (G.S.T.P) is a great example of this type of pocket watch made by the top Swiss luxury watch and clock manufacturer.

The dial is in really good condition compared to many other examples found across the internet which also features the original Radium lume on the hands and numerals. This is was the most common type of lume used at the time of manufacture, while this compound is still radioactive due to the radium we would recommend using this for collection and display purposes only, not for real wearing.

The serial number (136626) corresponds to the 1940 production year.
