2. Shipping Destinations
2.1. We currently ship worldwide except Austria, Italy, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Cuba, Afghanistan, Yemen.

3. Order Processing and Handling
3.1. All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email/message with tracking details.
3.2. From the moment the parcel is handed over to the delivery service, the right of ownership and the responsibility for goods reception are assigned to the customer.
4. Shipping Methods and Carriers
4.1. There is an affordable service by Royal Mail UK, but it has no practical way to get the shipment insured. We can ship items below £300 at customer’s risk with that service.
4.2. For items over £300 we recommend express courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS).
4.3. The carrier and shipping method will be determined based on your destination and the size and weight of your order. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.
4.4. It is obligatory to declare full goods cost and include an invoice for customs.

5.1. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method, we will provide that information from carriers.
5.2. Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to customs processing, local postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
8.1. We pack items to exclude any unintentional damage during conscientious delivery.

8.3. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address provided. In cases of lost shipments, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
