Q: How do I order online?

Follow the Steps Below:

1. After choosing the timepieces that you wish to buy, click the ‘Add to cart‘ button to the right of the photo gallery underneath the watch title and description.

2. You will then be directed to the ‘Checkout‘ page, where you are required to fill out contact and shipping information. No payment is needed at this point.

3. After your order and personal information (address, payment info, etc.) has been processed, you will receive an E-mail with a secure card payment link, follow the link to pay.

4. Make sure to regularly check your messages, as we will soon be in contact via e-mail or WhatsApp to provide you with your Tracking Number.

NOTE: Because we usually only sell single-piece items, we need to approve your order before you pay. We will only send an invoice for payment unless your item is in stock and available.

Q: How do I pay?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Card (up to £900) or cash on collection from our shop, see our Contacts Page.
  • Online card payment via Zettle secure payment link.
  • Bank transfer.
  • PayPal (+ 2.5% fee).

Q: Do you ship abroad?

Q: Returns and refunds policy for Online orders

  • We provide 14-day returns for items ordered via the website if they are returned in the same state as shipped.
  • Exclusions: custom made / modified items are not subject to our return policy.
  • Return postage is paid by the customer.
  • Refund method: funds are returned by the original payment method within 14 days after item receiving.
  • Damaged, worn, dirty items are not subject to return.

Q: Returns and refunds policy for In-Shop orders

By law, returns/refunds are not obligatory for USED/VINTAGE items bought in shops.
Nevertheless we offer few options as a good gesture to our customers:

UNWORN ITEMS RETURNS (ORIGINAL STATE, INCL. LEATHER STRAP AND PACKAGING)
TRADE-IN FOR ANOTHER ITEMFull price trade-ins are considered 30 days after purchase.
We are ready to trade-in the item for its full price if the replacement item is more expensive (25% or more).
We check the item condition and movement performance before trading-in.
COMMISSION SALECommission Sale order is to be created.
Sale price range should be discussed with the customer and put in the Order. Cheaper prices sell faster.
Item to be displayed in the shop.
25% commission fee is deducted from the selling price.
WORN ITEMS RETURNS
TRADE-IN FOR ANOTHER ITEMAt least 25% restocking fee is deducted from the original price. Higher fees may be applied for damaged items.
The item should be assessed by a watchmaker to understand servicing works to return the item in its original condition for display in the shop. Case/glass/bracelet scratches etc are considered.
In case when repair/restoration is needed to sell, we assess the item’s value as a market/ebay price for used items.
COMMISSION SALEConsidered individually for valuable items over £500
